Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the rezeki888 Platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — identified by shared name, address, device IP address, payment method, or any other identifying factor — are considered duplicate accounts and are prohibited. rezeki888 will close duplicate accounts and may forfeit associated balances without prior notice.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information, including but not limited to name, date of birth, residential address, or contact details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
rezeki888 reserves the right to request, at any point, documentary evidence verifying the identity, age, address, and source of funds of any Player. Accepted documents typically include:
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension until compliance is achieved.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passwords (OTP) with any third party. All Player Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies, including cryptocurrency, will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate applicable at the time the deposit is credited to your Account. rezeki888 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and bears no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

You confirm that all funds deposited to your rezeki888 Account are legally obtained and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. rezeki888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposit patterns and may request supporting documentation as part of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.
Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Only Real Money Funds (as defined in Section 2) are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal only after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.

All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a x10 requirement on a RM 100 bonus requires RM 1,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted). While Bonus Funds remain active on your Account, the maximum permitted bet per spin, hand, or wager is RM 300. Placing wagers in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings, at rezeki888's discretion.
Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, all Bonus Funds expire 14 calendar days from the date of issue. Any uncleared Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining at the time of expiry will be removed from the Account without compensation.
rezeki888 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend Accounts, where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: placing low-risk wagers designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine betting intent (a practice commonly referred to as "bonus farming"), registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coluding with other players to exploit promotional structures.

All sports bets placed on rezeki888 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. rezeki888 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any wager at its absolute discretion, including where the wager is placed at odds that were erroneously published, or where the outcome of the relevant event is already known at the time of bet placement.
In-play (live) bets on Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA competitions, and other supported leagues are accepted subject to prevailing odds at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. Bets submitted during odds recalculation may be accepted at revised odds or declined. The Platform's decision on bet acceptance is final.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Account in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the event is rescheduled by more than 48 hours from the original start time; pricing or market errors are identified prior to or during the event. Voided bets do not contribute to Wagering Requirement calculations.
Mixed Parlay and Accumulator bets are available on selected markets. If any selection within a system bet is void, that selection is treated as a non-runner with odds of 1.0 applied for that leg. The remaining selections stand. If a selection wins, standard win rules apply to the remaining legs.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rezeki888 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all Account balances without right of appeal:
rezeki888 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Malaysia and internationally where criminal activity is suspected. Relevant account data and transaction records may be disclosed to appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Player.
All content, design, software, trademarks, logos, text, images, and other material displayed on the rezeki888 Platform is the intellectual property of rezeki888 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms confers any right, title, or licence to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of rezeki888.
Game software and content is licensed from third-party providers. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's underlying software.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rezeki888's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rezeki888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with: (a) access to or use of the Platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of services; (c) any third-party conduct or content; (d) any bet outcome; or (e) any technical error or Platform downtime.
rezeki888 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions without prior notice.
rezeki888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where: a breach of these Terms is identified; KYC documentation is not provided within specified timeframes; suspicious activity is detected; or the Account has been inactive for a period exceding 24 consecutive months.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting rezeki888 customer support via live chat. Upon closure request, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account (after deducting applicable Bonus Funds that have not cleared Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player via the payment method on record, subject to standard KYC verification.
An Account is considered dormant after12 consecutive months of no login activity. rezeki888 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee ofRM 20 against dormant Account balances after providing30 days' advance notice via registered email. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be archived or permanently closed.
